In the last three years our staff and volunteers have:
- Gained over £5.48 million in additional income for local people and achieved over 1,733 other ‘non-financial’ positive outcomes for clients
- Provided assistance with over £25 million of problem debts
- Achieved an average ‘overall satisfaction’ rating from clients of 97.0%

We have experience of running a wide range of successful targeted projects to meet specific needs. These include, among many others:
Children’s Centres Outreach Advice
An advice service, including casework, for parents of children under five registered at up to eight Children’s Centres in Hillingdon, to improve their income and reduce child poverty for over five years from 2008.
An innovative integrated money advice and financial capability service, including casework, for residents in the Hillingdon Community Trust area, from 2011 to 2013.
Mental Health Money Advice
A targeted debt and welfare benefits advice service, including casework, for users of mental health services in Hillingdon since January 2005.
GP Outreach Advice
An advice service for patients of various health centres in Hillingdon, including Harefield and Yiewsley: running for 17 years this brought in over £1.8m in additional income for patients.
Home Visiting Service
A targeted advice service, including casework, for housebound residents of Hillingdon, from 1996 to 2007.
Outreach Advice for Cancer Patients
A welfare benefits advice service, including casework, for cancer patients and their carers using the services at the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre, Mount Vernon Hospital.
Refugee and Asylum Seeker Project
A targeted advice service, including casework, to improve the income and reduce hardship for refugees and asylum seekers in Hillingdon, for eight years from 2000.
Somali Advice Project
A Somali language advice service, including casework, to improve the income and reduce hardship for among the local Somali community for nine years from 1999.
Affinity Water Trust Money Advice
A money advice service (for over four years from 2009) for customers of Affinity Water with financial difficulties to clear their domestic water and sewerage debts.
