Why this project exists? 

This project exists to support individuals with disabilities or health conditions in: 
accessing,  
maintaining, and  
thriving in employment.  
 
Many people face barriers when starting a new job, returning to work after an absence, or managing health challenges while working.  
 

How we help? 

WorkWell Programme support includes: 
 
Personalised one-to-one coaching from a qualified Work and Health 
Coach for individuals with disabilities or health conditions who need 
assistance starting, staying or thriving in work. 
 
Practical employment support of CV writing, help with crafting  
personal statements and preparing for interviews. 
 
Specialist health guidance to ease one's return to work, at their own  
pace, including managing work-related stress and enhancing  
self-esteem. Specialist support in areas such as mental health, 
diabetes, musculoskeletal (MSK) support and guidance from 
employment relations experts to secure the workplace adjustments 
they need to succeed. 
 
WorkWell programme also offers flexible support options, including: 
online and  
in-person sessions,  
ensuring individuals can access help in a way that suits their circumstances. 
 
By combining employment guidance, health support, and opportunities for volunteering and skill development, WorkWell aims to make the transition into meaningful and sustainable work more accessible for everyone.

How to access this service? 

1st - Check if you are eligible 

Eligibility for WorkWell
 
You must be 16 or older
You need to live in or have a GP in Hillingdon or any of the other participating boroughs, including Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Ealing, Westminster or Kensington & Chelsea
 

2nd - Refer yourself or Get referred by our team
