How to access this service?
1st - Check if you are eligible
Eligibility for WorkWell:
You must be 16 or older.
You need to live in or have a GP in Hillingdon or any of the other participating boroughs, including Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Ealing, Westminster or Kensington & Chelsea.
2nd - Refer yourself or Get referred by our team
