Volunteers are at the heart of what we do, and we rely on dedicated volunteers to support our community by providing free, confidential, and impartial advice. However, volunteer numbers have declined since the pandemic, and we urgently need more people to join us.

Initial Assessors – especially those who speak additional languages.
Admin volunteers – to support our welfare benefits advice service for people affected by cancer.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training and support for all our volunteers.
