Our June newsletter is here, packed with important updates, community highlights and practical support for residents across Hillingdon. From workplace rights to Carers Week and our new website updates, there’s plenty to catch up on.
Millions of Workers Are Being Short‑Changed — Here’s What You Need to Know
A major new government report has revealed the true scale of workplace unfairness in the UK, confirming that millions of workers are missing out on pay, rights or protections they’re entitled to.

If any of this feels familiar, our free Employment Advice Project is here to help. We offer confidential guidance on contracts, pay, dismissal, discrimination, and more — no solicitor needed.

Community Rights Event with Brunel Legal Advice Centre
This month, our team joined forces with Brunel Legal Advice Centre for a community rights event, giving residents the chance to learn more about their legal protections and where to turn for support.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local people, answer questions and strengthen community awareness around rights and responsibilities.

Marking Carers Week 2026
We were proud to take part in Carers Week 2026, recognising the vital role unpaid carers play across Hillingdon. Our team shared information, resources and support options to help carers feel seen, valued and connected.

Our New Website Updates are Live
We’ve launched a refreshed, easier‑to‑navigate website designed to help you find the right support quickly. Whether you need advice on benefits, housing, employment or debt, everything is now clearer and simpler to access.

Support If You’re Worried About Homelessness
If you’re facing housing insecurity or worried about becoming homeless, our advisers can help you understand your rights, explore your options and connect you with the right services.
