Impact of Coronovirus
Coronovirus impact on service delivery (as at 7th April 2020)
To help keep everybody safe from infection we are now delivering all our services through Telephone Call-Backs, video calls and email. Wherever possible please request a telephone call-back (or email response) using this link. https://www.hillingdoncab.org.uk/get-advice/request-a-callback/
We know that advice needs are rising substantially and all our staff are now set up to respond to these needs whilst working off-site. Our ‘Get Advice’ web pages have all been updated to give you the current ways to make contact.
In particular our Debt Advice services are fully functioning and can also be contacted directly by email. Our Universal Credit Help to Claim service is also able to assist you with new claims through phone and web chat.
Our Advice Column – how to cope with your bills during Coronavirus – can be found here.
Please note that both the Hayes and Uxbridge CAB offices are closed and will continue to be so until it is safe to reopen them. Our administrative office in Key House is also closed.
For reliable and up-to-date information on how to keep safe during the Coronovirus/Covid 19 epidemic please go to NHS and government webpages.
