Message to our Stakeholders and Funders
As we reach the end of another busy year, we want to extend our warmest Christmas wishes and heartfelt thanks for continued support from our funders and stake holders. Their partnership has enabled us to make a meaningful difference for residents across Hillingdon during a time of growing need.
In 2024–2025, their support helped us achieve:
✨ Over 14,000 enquiry issues handled, including 8,751 from Hillingdon residents.
✨ 1,278 clients received in-depth casework, with over 68% identifying as disabled.
✨ £1.7 million in financial outcomes secured for local people — including:
• £1.5 million in income gains.
• £70,548 in debts written off.
• £134,135 in additional financial support.
✨ Over 90% of clients were happy with our service and would recommend us.
✨ Over 85% said our help made a positive difference to their situation.
✨ Clients also reported improved confidence, clearer next steps and better wellbeing.
As demand from disabled and vulnerable residents continues to rise, our work is more important than ever. Their support not only strengthens our services, but also ensures we can continue delivering accessible, high-quality advice for those who need it most.
Thank you for standing with us this year. We look forward to working together in 2026 to protect and strengthen support for our community.
Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and a bright New Year!
