Supporting You with Employment Rights & Legal Advice
Our dedicated employment advice service, here to help you navigate workplace issues and access the legal support available to you.
Our experienced team is committed to empowering you with clear, practical advice on your employment rights, and contractual responsibilities. Whether you're facing challenges at work or simply unsure about your rights, we're here to ensure you feel confident and informed.
In addition to workplace advice, we can provide referral support through the Work Well programme for individuals who have been out of work for some time and are looking to return to employment, or you may need support in your current role (whether self-employed, volunteer or as an employee), or are planning to return to work after an absence.
If you're new to the UK and need guidance on the statutory employment laws that apply to you, we can also offer clear, tailored advice to help you understand your entitlements and options.
To strengthen community knowledge and awareness, we also deliver free community workshops for local organisations, employers, and frontline workers. These sessions help participants build confidence in supporting staff and new or migrant communities, understand employment rights, and connect people with employment support services across Hillingdon.
