Free, confidential advice
Citizens Advice self help tool links provide information and advice to help people understand their rights and options.
Accessing general advice locally
Citizens Advice Hillingdon continues to work closely with local partners to ensure people can access the right support at the right time.
Where issues do not require specialist support, people may be signposted to trusted local services through our Other Local Services page.
Need more intensive support
If your situation is complex or linked to health, disability, employment or acute financial crisis, you may also be eligible for one of our specialist projects.
NEW project
We are launching a new outreach project in Hillingdon called - Connected Communities. This borough‑wide outreach project is designed to bring practical support, advice and local services into trusted community spaces. Our goal is simple: make it easier for residents to access the help they need, in places that feel familiar and welcoming.
By bringing Citizens Advice Hillingdon and partner organisations into local venues, Connected Communities aims to:
strengthen community connections,
improve access to services,
empower residents with the tools and confidence to manage everyday pressures.
