A new service led by Age UK Hillingdon, in partnership with Nucleus Legal Advice, Bell Farm and DASH. 
 
HAP provides a single point of access for Hillingdon residents aged 18+ who need advice and guidance on welfare, benefits, housing, or wellbeing support, including support for those with physical or learning disabilities and mental health needs
