Best Energy Saving – Energy Advice
When money is tight the first step is to look at all of your expenses to see where you can save money. We can show you how to save on your gas and electricity costs…you could be £100s better off!
We will help you:
- Check if switching energy supplier or how you pay would save you money
- Check if you are entitled to the Warm Home Discount and help you to apply
- Check if you are entitled to register on the Priority Services register and help you to apply

Energy Super Savers challenge
Sign up for the Energy Super Savers challenge where you help your friends, family or neighbours save money and keep their homes warm this winter by pledging to become an Energy Super Saver.
After you pledges to become an Energy Super Saver using this form, the BESW team will send you all the tools you need to make a big difference and help others to switch their energy supplier or tariff. By completing the feedback form, you could win an energy efficient washing machine or one of five slow cookers.
Debt Free London – Debt Advice
This debt advice service includes advice on income maximisation, money management and debt options (including Debt Management Plans, Debt Relief Orders and Bankruptcy). Access to the service can be made via our Adviceline, Telephone Call-back service or by emailing email@example.com.
Mental Health Money Advice
If you live in Hillingdon, have mental health needs and need help with Welfare Benefits and / or Debt Advice we can provide you with an easily accessible and well-informed, free service that gives information, advice and assistance.
The service is delivered by an experienced debt and welfare benefits caseworker assisted by a Project Facilitator and a team of specially trained volunteers. You can make contact by phoning 01895 277304 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you work for an agency in Hillingdon and wish to make a referral to this service, with the consent of the client, you can do so by using the above email address or completing the Telephone Call-back request form.
The Project Facilitator will contact you to assess your advice needs through a gateway (or triage) process, this may result in giving you relevant information, an appointment to see an adviser or referral to a solicitor depending on your needs.
Help to Claim Universal Credit
This service provides help in making a new claim for Universal Credit. Access to the project can be made by phoning 0800 144 8 444 or emailing email@example.com.
