From frontline experience to systems change

Our research and campaigning work is grounded in the realities people face every day

We draw on anonymised casework data, lived experience and partnership insight to understand how systems operate in practice, to highlight where they fail people facing vulnerability and to support change that reduces future harm locally and nationally.

As an independent charity, we use evidence responsibly to inform collaboration, policy influence and place-based responses, ensuring our campaigning is centred in real experiences and measurable patterns of need.

Our focus areas:

Welfare and disability assessments.

Housing insecurity and affordability.

Employment rights and insecure work.

Barriers created by language and digital exclusion.
