Scale SO2 pt 32-34 £28,438 - £30,002
Pro-Rata inc OLW Part Time (2 days +) / Flexible Working / Casual Work
Applicants
need significant experience of supervising advice sessions, checking quality of
advice meets NACAB standards and carrying out casework in all the main enquiry
areas. An interest in the Guidance Tutor training role will be an advantage.
The
successful applicant is expected to deal confidently with the public under
pressure, motivate and support both paid and volunteer advisers, and to work
flexibly as a member of the team responsible for overall service delivery.
You
will be expected to work at the Hayes, Uxbridge and Ruislip CABx in Hillingdon
as required.
