Funding a "Moneywise" service which fully integrates our debt
advice and financial capability service with the aim of alleviating the

residents skills and confidence in managing their money in the longer

Veolia Water Trust
Funding a service to customers of Veolia Water. This service
assists individuals and families who live in the Hayes and Southall areas and who are in need
and on a low income, or claiming welfare benefits, gain financial
assistance to clear their domestic water and sewerage debts.
Citi Foundation
Funding to train
and support one person, who is new to financial capability training, to
become a competent financial capability trainer and to deliver a number of
financial capability sessions on money management.
Big Lottery Fund - Awards for All
Funded enhancement of our provision of telephone gateway
assessment. Volunteers and staff engaged in telephone gateway assessment benefit from a team-working environment. These improvements,
over and above the basic service, have increased the ease of access to
appointments and reduce client waiting time.
