work, information sessions as well as supporting the administration and
training needed to maintain the high quality of advice given to Hillingdon
clients.

Money Advice for Tenants (MAT): Helps tenants with rent arrears. Referrals can be made by
phoning 01895 556056.
London Borough of
Hillingdon
Mental Health Outreach: Mental Health service users can book a CAB appointment at Mill House, Mead
House and the Pembroke Centre.
London Borough
of Hillingdon and Hillingdon Primary Care Trust
GP Outreach: This service is expected to fully resume at Health Centres/GP surgeries in
Yiewsley, Harefield and Uxbridge in October.
Hillingdon Community Trust and London Borough of
Hillingdon
A new Advice Lifeline service will help people affected by the economic
downturn deal with unemployment, income changes and debt.
Veolia Water Trust
A new service to customers of Three Valleys Water. This service will
assist individuals and families who live in the Hayes and Southall areas and who are in need
and on a low income, or claiming welfare benefits, gain financial
assistance to clear their domestic water and sewerage debts.
Big Lottery Fund - Awards for All
Funding has been secured to enhance our provision of telephone gateway
assessment. Volunteers and staff engaged in telephone gateway assessment
will benefit from a team-working environment. These improvements,
over and above the basic service, will increase the ease of access to
appointments and reduce client waiting time.
